- Due to COVID-19 and shipping limitations, we are not expediting orders.
- All are charged the basic USPS with tracking number per product.
- Free Shipping after $100 spent except for the occasional exceptions, which will be announced if or when it comes up.
- We choose the earliest delivery times within the prices the customers pay.
The Process
- Once an order has been made, we start the process within 24 hours.
- Within 3 to 5 business days, we will receive tracking information from the suppliers.
- We will update your account and notify you of the shipment and information for your tracking purposes.
Shipment Time Expectations
- Shipments are basic USPS with tracking: 3 to 5 business days from the time the Supplier ships it.
- Some Suppliers may send packages through other carriers, which may cause shipments to arrive as early as 1 to 3 days from when we process
Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
- We are unable to cancel an order shipped.
- We are unable to return or exchange an item until you have received the shipment.
- You have 30 days from the time of delivery (stamp on tracking info) to contact us.

Christmas Deadlines
- We will upgrade our tiers to automatically charge our customers expedited shipping to receive items before Christmas.
- If you don't wish this, please let us know before your purchase. We may be able to assist you.
