Domestic Shipping Policies

As of 04/01/2020

  • Due to COVID-19 and shipping limitations, we are not expediting orders.
  • All are charged the basic USPS with tracking number per product.
  • Free Shipping after $100 spent except for the occasional exceptions, which will be announced if or when it comes up.
  • We choose the earliest delivery times within the prices the customers pay.

The Process

  • Once an order has been made, we start the process within 24 hours.
  • Within 3 to 5 business days, we will receive tracking information from the suppliers.
  • We will update your account and notify you of the shipment and information for your tracking purposes.

Shipment Time Expectations

  • Shipments are basic USPS with tracking: 3 to 5 business days from the time the Supplier ships it.
  • Some Suppliers may send packages through other carriers, which may cause shipments to arrive as early as 1 to 3 days from when we process

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

  • We are unable to cancel an order shipped.
  • We are unable to return or exchange an item until you have received the shipment.
  • You have 30 days from the time of delivery (stamp on tracking info) to contact us.

Christmas Deadlines

  • We will upgrade our tiers to automatically charge our customers expedited shipping to receive items before Christmas.
  • If you don't wish this, please let us know before your purchase. We may be able to assist you.
